EAST OF EDEN "MERCATOR PROJECTED", 100% ORIGINAL GER STEREO FIRSTPRESSING from 1969, released on DERAM "ROYAL-SOUND" with the catnr. SML 1038 and ZAL 8688/89 machinestamped matrix. The record is cleaned on a V.P.I. cleaningmachine and audio checked: The heavy vinyl with a couple of slight surfacepaperscuffs/hairlines from the innersleeve, looks excellent but plays much better for the most; just two short skips at beginning of S.2, crackles in a few places slightly, super sound/dynamic, even in the quieter passages, both labels are clean (EX+). The glossy cover with a bit moderate edgewear; NO splits, tapes, tears, stamps, writings, creases etc., is in clean excellent+ (EX+) condition too! VERY RARE 1st album by this fantastic U.K. Progband ...
