THIS IS E.TINY WATKINS RECORDED ON A 78RPM ACETATE SOMETIME AROUND 1958.I ONLY KNOW THIS MUST HAVE BEEN RECORDED IN MOBILE ALABAMA.NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.The song "ROCKIN SATELLITE" was released on Sandy 45rpm #1009. The flip side is "LOVE" OR A TITLE WITH
The Song "ROCKIN' SATELLITE" was released on Sandy 45rpm #1009 in 1958.I don't know if the flip side of this acetate "LOVE" was the correct title or if it was on the flip of the Sandy #1009 or if it was ever released.
The only information on this disc is written in yellow grease pencil in the trailoff area. The title "Rockin Satellite" is misspelled "saatelite" and designated as #2. The title "Love" is designated as #1. The Saatelite side has become weird looking with tiny wrinkles as a result of exposure to god knows what. However it Plays with moderate surface noise and does not skip.The Love side does not have that look and plays about the same.Samples of the sound from both sides can be heard by clicking on the title links below the photos.
Grade is VG.There are not many scratches just the fidelity due to wear and etc causes me to grade as such.

There is a problem with the sound file for "Rocking Satelite". The file I recorded appears to skip, however it does not skip on the record. I tried to correct the sound file with a new file but apparently the old file is locked and I can't change it. I am providing a link here that should take you to the corrected file unless of course Ebay won't let me do this.Here is the link
