ITEM FOR SALE
Dvorak Cello Concerto, Mstislav Rostropovich, with the Royal Philarmonic conducted by Sir Adrian Boult. Firstly a word about the sleeve, which sadly has, during it's life, been subjected to some water damage, this can be clearly seen top right, down the opening edge, and is reflected on reverse. However the sleeve does little justice to the record itself, which is in pristine condition, not a spindle mark, not a scratch or any other visible signs of being sat on a turntable, or having been played. I can't ever recall seeing a record of this age being in such a condition. Of course the record now begs to be married with a sleeve in better condition, so if you have this LP and want to upgrade, then this is definately for you, you will not find another in this condition for a long time. I am not going to attempt to grade the sleeve, it is as seen and of use as a carrier for the record. I very rarely grade a record as being in Mint condition, however I cannot fault this vinyl and I am (somewhat bravely) grading both sides as being in Mint (m/m) condition. SLEEVE/RECORD GRADING
I take great pride in accurately grading records, my feedback is testament to this accuracy, furthermore to give potential buyers a more detailed description of records, I grade both sides of sleeve and both sides of record. This gives a more accurate assessment of the overall condition of item. Sleeve is always graded first, any inserts are graded seperately. 45rpm singles are graded as a & b sides, sleeves are not graded (unless otherwise stated) but are deemed to be in a reasonable condition as seen from photograph. All photos are of the actual item you are purchasing.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
LP's sent in purpose made cardboard mailers with two sheets of corrugated cardboard to protect item. To protect sleeve all LP's are removed form sleeve and packaged alongside item, this prevents LP damaging sleeve in transit.
