Dulcimer An I Turned As I Tuned As A Boy

Nepentha 1st UK Press MEGA RARE NEAR MINT

         

Details:- My late father was one of the original Polydor super Jocks and later reviewer for Polydor records. It's unclear where this small batch of LPs originated from as my mother has only just unearthed them. They are all first pressings with correct inner sleeves and to my eye look to be virtually unplayed how ever each one will be graded on the LOOK of the vinyl as I'm not comfortable playing these records because of the conditions. I WILL ASK THAT YOU STUDY EACH AND EVERY PICTURE FOR A TRUE IMPRESSION OF THE COVER. I have taken some very close pictures of the corners and for scale purposes I have added a pencil in each frame.

MEGA RARE MUCH SOUGHT AFTER ORIGINAL 1st UK PRESS  OF AND I TURNED BY Dulcimer. RELEASED 1971 ON THE ORIGINAL and very sought after NEPENTHA LABEL  6437003.

The Record Is Housed  In The ORIGINAL Plain white die cut inner sleeve (month and year dated see picture) And Unlaminated Gatefold Sleeve.


Matrix details are: A Side NEPS900 1 Y 1 420 1 1 2 (6310003 crossed out) , B-side NEPS900 2 Y 1 420 1 1 3 (6310003 crossed out).

THIS RARE RECORD WILL BE SHIPPED SIGNED FOR ONLY.

Vinyl Condition:- THE RECORD IS IN SUPERB CONDITION. VISUALLY a strong MINT Minus.

Sleeve Condition:- EX . The Front and Back are pretty much PERFECT with no creasing or old sticker marks or tears. Inside the gatefold is also pretty much perfect.


No real wear along any of the edges, Some wear to the corners (As can be see in pictures. CLOSE UP PICTURES the wear is quite small)


The Spine is Crisp and Fully Readable (NOTE The spine is actually LIGHT GREEN Not sure if this is normal or a printing error. The only other time I've seen this same shade of green is on the Rare Green Spine Zep 2 LP) .


The Plain White Inner has the correct DATE CODE STAMPED To show the inner is the original one for the album ( 17 04 71). Inner is creased bottom left corner

 

Label Condition: Nice Clean Labels. No Wear Around The Spindle Hole And Just A Few Fine Wispy Spindle Marks
