Description
This is Blue Note Records BST 84293, Duke Pearson The Phantom, a blue and white, Liberty label, original stereo issue of this beautiful recording with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax, featuring Bobby Hutcherson and Jerry Dodgion. The record is VG++ condition showing only a few light sleeve marks and playing quietly throughout. The cover has light ring wear and a name in ink on the back but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this original Blue Note issue. The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
