Description

This is the original Vertigo album by Dr  Z - Three Parts to my Soul, catalogue number 6360 048 released in 1971. Released on the Vertigo swirl label, it is stamped with the matrix numbers - A side 6360 048 1Y // 1112 and the B side 6360 048 2Y // 1112. Visually, the vinyl is EX, but being fussy, for auction purposes will grade it as VG +, holding it up to a strong light there are very few surface marks. The labels are very clean. I have played the album from start to finish obviously, and there are no sticks or jumps and plays well, but there is background noise on both sides, noticeably on the first track on either side. If you look at the album, you can't understand why there would be surface noise but its common on many copies of this album apparently. The record sleeve is VG, there is wear on the corners and spine, and on the edge of the half which folds in, directly above the centre of the Z on the front cover.  The original Vertigo swirl inner sleeve is present, including the 25 0671, showing that it was made in the 25th week of 1971. All in all, a very collectible album which should continue to appreciate in value. Many thanks for looking.
