This is the original pressing of the GREAT hard bop classic "Watkins At Large" on the Transition label. This is a VERY rare record and while this one is far from perfect, it is MORE than serviceable. This copy was my main playing copy for many years until I scored a better one a while back. The jacket is pretty clean--there is a piece of tape on the front edge which you might be able to remove, but other than that the glossy slick cover looks GOOD. The spine and top seam are split. The record is an original flat-edge pressing and is in VG shape with some scuffs and hairlines and play with a moderate but acceptable level of surface noise and when these guys get cookin' you don't notice it AT ALL. The A-side label is clean and attatched and the B-side is missing, but I have included a high quality color scan of the B-side label from my other copy. I have also included a partial copy of the booklet.
