So total is 12 ft deep x 22ft long
Comes with rubber matting to both floors.
Hay bars and water bucket holders in both.
Structuraly still good but will need some of the osb boards inside replaced as I had destructive horses!
Roof is a quality onduline roof not felt, with light panels in both for natural light.
Doors have anti-chew metal protection. Bolts and kick over bolts. Tie rings. Overhang roof to shelter in bad weather.
Sliding windows to both also
This stable block is also on skids which are included in the price too. We also have an old bath for our field that the buyer would be welcome to take too if any use to them as we no longer have horses.
Had the stables for 7 years, still structurally good but needs some tlc, a jet down and a good re paint and they will look fab stables again. A few kickboards will need renewing.
These cost me 3.5k, they are well made not cheap wood, good strong solid stucture.
Buyer to collect and dismantle themselves. Happy to hold until they can be dismantled if deposit is left at viewing as in no immediate rush for them to go.
