Description
Available here is a tremendous copy of: "Les Miserables", The Musical Sensation / Broadway Album, released in 1987 on Geffen Records (GHS 24151). This is a double LP, and it includes a foldout lyric / information booklet. It has a promo stamp (in gold, see photo) on the front cover, lower right corner.
This version of Les Miserables, presented by Cameron Mackintosh and written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg, with lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer, was nominated for 12 Tony awards in 1987 (there is a sticker on the front cover reminding us) and won several, including Best Musical and Best Director.
This LP - both discs - is in very glossy condition, the vinyl is VG++; there are no marks to be seen with the naked eye. The gatefold cover is also in great shape, very light wear, bright colors, and no seam splits. The foold-out booklet and labels are all in very nice shape.
Take a moment to check my other eBay listings for more great retro vinyl, in a variety of genres.
