Description
This is the original RVG-etched pressing of Donald Byrd “Byrd’s Eye View” on Transition TRLP J-4. The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once; however there appear to be two areas of peculiar pressing defects: the middle of the first track on side A tics for thirty seconds; the middle of the first track on Side B tics for two minutes. The laminated cover is bright and clean throughout; excellent spine repair; slight sun bleached spine. Original booklet and glassine inner sleeve are included. Personnel include Hank Mobley, Joe Gordon, Horace Silver, Doug Watkins, and Art Blakey. $250.00.
