Description

Nice copy of this classic Donald Byrd Blue Note Lp.

The vinyl is a Mono (Non-deep groove) copy with 47 West 63rd NYC labels and "RVG" in the run-off portion of vinyl. This record plays well and visually I was only able to spot a few light paper scuffs, otherwise VG+ (I grade very conservatively).

The jacket is nice and clean. The front of the jacket is matte and not laminated. the back is also clean and nice with some small pen writing in the lower right hand corner which says: NYC, DEC.2, 1958. VG+.

This is a fantastic line-up: Donald Byrd, Jackie McLean, Pepper Adams (!), Wynton Kelly, Sam Jones, and the amazing Art Taylor.

The tunes: Lover come back to me, When your lover has gone, Sudwest Funk, Paul's Pal, Off to the races, Down tempo.

Another original Mono Blue Note ! These are getting scarce, folks--DO NOT MISS OUT !!!

For the winner, payment via Pay Pal is DUE within 5 days of auction's end. Shipping/Handling rates in the USA have increased this past month, so please read carefully: USA orders via Priority will now be $12.00 for 1st record & $2.50 for additional wins which will be combined for shipping.

International shipping via US Air Mail will now be $18.00 for 1st lp and an additional $2.50 per each additional record.

I ship very carefully by removing the lp from jacket, to avoid seams splits and I ship in sturdy cardboard mailers.

Bid with confidence, good luck & keep swinging !
