Description
Donald Byrd "Off To The Races" with Jackie McLean, Pepper Adams, Wynton Kelly, Sam Jones and Art Taylor
Original Blue Note mono 1st pressing
Deep Groove with 47 West 63rd address on label
RVG and Ear in the dead wax
Hard to find jazz LP
Cover: Very nice shape. Strong front and back graphics. Some writing on the back cover. Some light staining on the front and back covers. Some moderate wearing on the edges but only one very small seam split (1/2 inch on the top right corner). Some minor wear on corners, top right corner is bent (as shown in photos).
Record: Play tested with no skips. Bold, powerful sound. Varies from light to moderate surface noise (pops and ticks) all the way through. The surface noise is mostly noticeable in quiet spots. The record plays pretty loud so the surface noise definitely does not overpower the music. Clean labels.
