Label both sides is "47 West 63rd NYC". No "Inc", no "R" Label is deep groove both sides with "RVG" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides. Address on back cover is "47 West 63rd St., New York 23".
Record looks VG++ and plays beautifully near M-. Vinyl is bright and glossy and grooves do not show wear. Record looks to have been little played. No scratches. One or two extremely light scuffs on Side 1. No spindle marks. A great copy.

Front cover is bright and glossy, showing little or no wear. Very tiny spots of wear at corners. Back cover is bright with some light wear. No split seams. No writing. Spine shiny and readable. About as clean a cover of an early 4000 BN as you will find.
