Donald Byrd - "Fuego" - Blue Note Records mono Lp BLP 4026 (Blue Note Records INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23) - address listed on back cover, label says 47 West 63rd, deep groove on both sides, "RVG" stamped in dead wax & "ear" mark.
Features; Jackie McLean / Duke Pearson / Doug Watkins / Lex Humphries. Contains; Fuego / Bup a Loup / Funky Mama / Low Life / Lament / Amen.
Sleeve is near mint, corners show what I would call VERY light shelf wear. Record is excellent, clean, - a truly beautiful copy!!
This is from a fantastic Jazz Lp collection recently aquired by Orbit Records. The Lp's & Jackets in this collection are pristine. The former owner handled these albums with great love and care. We have been doing this for many years and have never seen records of this age, in this condition. You may never have the opportunity to find these titles in this condition again.
