Label both sides is "47 W 63rd NYC". Label on both sides is deep groove and has "P" aka "The Ear" with "RVG" in the runout. Address on back cover is "47 W 63rd St., New York 23" .

Record look VG but plays better at VG+, near VG++ on the loud passages . There quite a few scuffs and light scratches, none deep or long. Looks like automatic changer and unsleeved storage damage. Grooves do not look worn. Some spindle marks.

Front cover still shows some gloss. Plastic film peeling at the edge. Overall moderate wear and back shows some light ring wear. Spine still bright and readable but spots of heavy wear at corners and laminate loose 1 inch at bottom. Bottom seam split app 2 inches in middle. Heavy wear spots at corners of pocket.
