Description
Up for bid is a very nice original pressing of Donald Byrd's Byrd in Flight, Blue Note BLP 4048. The label features the 47 West 63rd NYC address and the deep groove. The dead wax features the RVG stamp, and the LP has the flat lead in groove.
The Jacket is VG. It features great gloss and little wear except for a small section missing from the front near the opening (see photo), some damage to the bottom three inches of the spine, and the beginning of a little seam split on the bottom.
The LP is VG++ with full gloss and only a few non-feelable marks.
Shipping
I ship in sturdy cardboard mailers and use plenty of packing material. LPs are placed in plastic sleeves prior to shipping.
For domestic buyers: Shipping is just 4.00 media mail and 8.00 priority mail for the first LP/78. Each additional LP/78 will cost another 50 cents. I will pay for insurance on all orders greater than 50.00.For International buyers: I ship USPS Priority Mail International. For Canada and Mexico, the cost is 20.00 for the first LP/78 plus 3.00 for each additional LP/78. For everyone else, the cost is 30.00 for the first LP/78 plus 3.00 for each additional LP/78. International buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
