SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days of processing the payment, please note that weekends and holidays are not included.  All shipments within USA are issued a tracking number.  If you would like to receive it, please drop us an email and we will be happy to provide it.  Please make sure that your SPAM blockers are off as we do have a “hotmail” account.

To encourage buyers to buy more than one item, we do offer a shipping discount.  If items can be packed in the same box, we will discount your shipping and handling costs as follows: the highest shipping cost between the items plus half of the cost of the other items that can be packed together.  Items must be paid for in one payment to be eligible for combined shipping discount.

We do offer clients pickup from our location to save you the shipping and handling altogether.

Shipping and handling fees quoted do include a portion for packaging and handling cost but are still very reasonable considering that USPS and UPS have just raised their rates again in 2012.
