Ships in an extra oversized box so a standard mailbox will not do.


Googled the cut-out shown in 2nd photo, results below:


Cut-outs are over-stock. Records that were sent to stores and returned by said stores because they didn't sell. Covers then get marked and sold in bulk back to retailers at greatly reduced prices. The idea behind the cutout is that it was meant to indicate to buyers that they shouldn't be paying full retail for it.
