Cover: VG 3" split on the top edge; 7" split on the bottom edge. Minor tear near the corner of the back cover. Light aging. Some edge and corner wear.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. A few light surfacr rub marks, mainly on Side A. this does not affect the sound. No surface noise. Audibly checked.
