Description

A little history on this record. I am the original owner of this LP, which was given to me and signed by Viktor Krauss back in 1986. I have played the LP once, as I was not into bluegrass back then. I have seen people on message boards looking for this, so I figure that I should let this go to someone who really wants it. I am doing some housecleaning and I do not even own a turntable anymore. As you can see, the jacket is not in great condition, but this was a low budget project, and the quality was not that great to begin with. Viktor signed it and personalized it, which the personaliztion has been blacked out for privacy reasons. See the photos for other things on the jacket. The record is in good condition, and does not reflect the poor condition of the sleeve. It has been played once and is not warped. The lineup is as follows: Jim Hoyles, Alison Krauss, Maurice Bruce "Swamp" Weiss, and Viktor Krauss. The tracks on the LP are Sally Goodin*, One Hundree Pipers, Swamp's Reel, Dusty Miller*, Nates Waltz, Go Hither to Yonder, Grey Eagle*, Morrison's Reel, Song For Norman, Nick's Noodle*, Stack of Barley, Daybreak in Dixie. Alison plays on 4 of the tracks indicated with a "*". NO VOCALS. This is about all that I can tell you. A rare find for the avid Alison Krauss fan. Feel free to ask questions, but keep in mind that I have not listened to in 20 years, and I am not an LP collector, so I know nothing about giving it a "true" rating on it's condition.
