Condition: Cover and vinyl are in very good condition. Cover still in shrink-wrap.
Comes in plain white card sleeve with paper wrap-around sheet. Record has a plain White label with handwritten side 1 & 2. There are no visible divisions between tracks.
Several titles are listed incorrectly or omitted on the sheet: "Space Girl Blues" and "Timing X" are not listed, "Devo Corporate Anthem" is "Devo Corps Anthem", "Clockout" is listed with the earlier title "Blackout", and "Soo Bawlz" is listed as ("??").
Tracks A1-B4 are demo recordings, many of which later appeared officially on the Hardcore Devo compilations. Tracks B5-8 are live recordings.
Both sides end in a lock-groove looping a synthesizer strain.
