Description
Derek & The Dominos Layla & Other Assorted Love Songs 2x LP.
This is a UK 1st press on the Polydor label from 1970. You know, this is the album where Clapton sings about stealing George Harrison's girlfriend....
Condition of the record is VERY GOOD+. Both records are in a display only a few very light non audio affecting sleeve removal marks seen under a bright light. No heavy marks or scratches. The record labels are fairly clean with a bit of foxing mainly seen on sides 1 & 2 & a few light spindle marks on each side. No writing or sticker.
The record has been cleaned on a Moth mk11 pro record cleaner & played throughout on a Project turn table.
The audio quality is VERY GOOD+. Great audio with no distortion or groove wear, but has very light intermittent surface noise heard in quieter parts.
The sleeve condition is VERY GOOD. Clean & presentable with only very minor wear & light handling creases. There is an indentation of an old price to the top right hand corner, this can only be seen when angled towards a light source. The back cover shows the start of ring wear. The spine is fairly square & fully readable, but has some light wear. The opening edges are sharp & crisp with just light signs of feathering & wear. No writing or sticker tears anywhere on the sleeve. Please see pictures (more available upon request).
Graded very conservatively to the Rare Record Price guide, it's a very enjoyable listen & in no way trashed!
