I do not want to misrepresent so I am listing this as VG+.There is a small tear in one cornor and one on the side.The record shows small surface scratches but you can not feel them.The record plays very well.

I am not a dealer so I do not know much about grading.I can only tell you what the record looks like to me.I have been buying records for my enjoyment for over 40 years but it is time to sell some of them as I have way to many and do not play them much anymore.Thanks to all who look and bid I will answer all questions the best I can.
