Death-leprosy Gatefold/Autographed Album On Combat Records USA. I've had this record in my possession since 1990. I actually bought it direct from Chuck, who had the band sign it for me. Notice its not signed by Rick Rozz, the 2nd guitarist at the time of it's release. But it's actually signed by James Murphy who played on Spiritual Healing.  This is a piece of death metal history.  The record playes absolutely fine, and sounds great. There are a few small surface scuffs,  and there's a small split at the top of the cover. (Pictures provided) Thanks for looking.
