I purchased this in 1990 on the opening day of Epicenter Records, the MaximumRocknRoll sponsored record store in San Francisco when I lived there. The entire San Fran scene pitched in to help open the store including Alternative Tentacles who donated a bunch of records to stock the store.
The sleeve is handmade and hand written. I've always assumed it was written by either Jello or Ruth Schwartz but no way of knowing. I have not played this ever. I'm not sure how many were produced but there is a distinct possibility that this has NEVER been played.
This never came with the poster. Just the insert. I was never able to locate a copy of the poster to include with this. Who's going to pay $100 for just the poster?? Whatever.
