Since LP's could not be played in automobiles, as soon as I acquired a new LP I would immediately record it on cassette tape. The LP was then safely stored to preserve it's condition & quality. There are a small number of my LP's that suffered some minor damages to the jackets while moving (several times), but any damage will be shown & described in the listing.  *I also clean the LP's in a highly modified Spin Clean Wet Wash System, then place them in a New Clear Anti-Static Sleeve. Any original inner sleeves (and other inserts) are always included with the LP's.  I try to do my best to grade the LP & outer Jacket / Cover according to Goldmine Standards but there's always a possibility I may miss something.  If you notice something I clearly missed, please contact me first before opening a case with EBAY, Thanks !

  Here is an Excellent Album Package with a NEAR MINT "Vinyl LP" of DAVID LEE ROTH's 1988 release, "SKYSCRAPER" on the Warner Bro's Records Label, Catalog # 9  W1 25671.  This IS NOT a ReIssue, but is a CRC Club Edition. This release is an original 1988 1st US Press by / for CRC - Columbia House Distribution, pressed at the CBS Plant in Carrollton, GA.. 
  This LP features STEVE VAI on Lead Guitar, who also played with legendary artists like Frank Zappa, Whitesnake, Meatloaf, The G3 Concert Series and also enjoys a very successful solo career  ,,,  PLUS,  BILLY SHEEHAN on Bass Guitar, who has played with other legendary artists like Mr. Big, Richie Kotzen, The Winery Dogs, "Sons Of Apollo" and more.  It has 10 Tracks including the hits: "Just Like Paradise", "Knucklebones", "Stand Up" & "Hot Dog and A Shake".
  
  GRADING of Individual Items:  The Outer Cover / Jacket is NOT in shrink but is still very glossy. The spine and 2 corners are EX to NM, 2 corners have very minor dings and there are 4 "very small" (approximately 1/4") creases near the top edge and spine. There's just the start of extremely light ring wear but there are no holes, rips, tears, saw slits, cut corners, etc.  Jacket Grade = EX+ !
  The Printed Custom Inner Sleeve is almost perfectly flat except for some very minor "Ripples". There are no holes, rips, tears, seam splits, etc.  Sleeve Grade = NEAR MINT !
  The Vinyl LP, played only once or twice, looks almost Brand New, has Full Shine & Luster. If you look very closely at Side A you will see 2 extremely faint, barely visible hairline scuffs that have absolutely no affect on audio, Side B is Super Clean. This LP was professionally cleaned last year, audio tested, then carefully stored for safe keeping. **The "Audio Test" revealed very Clean and Crisp sound throughout the entire LP, with just an Extremely Occasional, very light click or tick, heard only in the dead time. This an extremely clean sounding LP. The labels are NM and there is no hole wear.  LP Grade = NEAR MINT !
