DAVID BOWIE:  The Rise & Fall Of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars 1972 RCA Victor  The First UK Pressing  SF 8287 (LSP-4702) STEREO Vinyl LP
Side One Matrix: BGBS 0864-1E   A1AM Side Two Matrix: BGBS 0865-1E  A1AF
Alrighty, this is truly the 1st press with no Mainman logo on the back cover and Titanic publishing credits on the label.  The earliest press marks have 1E matrixes on both sides of the record and the 1st plate used to press was marked A1AM.  Starman has the much louder "Morse Code Bridge Mix" and Suffragette City has no fadeout during the song.
Record is in near mint condition with just faint paper sleeve scuffs only seen if you look for it.  Test played it (at maximum volume) and plays 10 out of 10, only at the beginning of album there is a hint of surface noise which most likely was from the tapes (as clean a sounding album you will hear).  The cover has overall light wear with a nice matte gloss, some very light ring wear and a bit of corner bending on the bottom right. Inner sleeve I never knew till now has a gloss to it, no tears and just has some paper age to it.
On a 1 - 10 Scale I rate it: Record = 9 Cover 8 Inner Sleeve 8.5
