Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: David Bowie - Low - RARE Original Vinyl LP album from 1977.
UK pressing.
Has the track listing on a sticker at the back of the sleeeve. Only the very early copies have this. Later pressings were printed on.
SIDE 1 : PL12030-A-1
SIDE 2: PL12030-B-2
Track listing insert is present but has lots of yellow foxing and some rip/tears to the top.
NO fanclub booklet.
Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light sleeve marks but is in good condition and plays great. No sticks or jumps).
Inner sleeve Condition: G (Lots of yellow foxing marks from age but is ok. Inner track listing insert has wear at the top and lots of creases and small rips. Lots of foxing and staining).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Some edge and corner wear & creasing. Some scratches to the top on the front. The back of the sleeve has creases and signs of ribbing. Some light fading to the right hand side of the back of the sleeve. See pictures).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
