Description
DAVID BOWIE 'IN PERSON' RED VINYL.
Please read the following.
A buyer asked for sound bite to hear the playback and while taking it out of It's sleeve I dropped it and scratched 'My Death waits there' To say I was p*ssed would be an under statement. I have still recorded it for a requested listen. Just get in touch if you would still like to hear it.
I'm just trying to be decent.

Purchased from 'Virgin Records' in Brighton 1973. The store was where Boots is now and youhad to go down stairs into huge room. It was a brilliant store with Records from all over the World.
THIS HAS
Black Label:TMQ Record Label:
Black with sideways pig Cover:
Rubber stamped in Blue Sticker: Square Silver Top Left.
Circlular Stamp : On Green insert glued on back. This is the first part of the great October 20th 1972 Santa Monica Civic Auditorium show
The discs IN PERSON and IN AMERICA were the first discs with the "Edited"version of the Santa Monica Broadcast, which means without the DJ's comments.
The sound quality on the 'Trade Mark Of Quality' issue is excellent and far superior separation to the mixed down release later put out officially.
Five different versions are to be found, plus some obscure ones as well.
TMQ released the following issues:
1. The First Pressings and original discs came in a TMQ Production cover, and they all have labels with the songs listed on one side and the TMQ pig on the other. The discs came in both black and coloured vinyl.
2. The Second pressing (This one) came in a rubber stamped front side with a TMQ sticker, the back side had an insert, all discs were pressed on coloured vinyl and they have the TMQ labels without song lists.
3. Third issue came in an identical cover to the second issue, but all the discs are on black vinyl but with the same kind of labels as on thefirst original issue.
4. The fourth issue has the insert on the front side of the cover, and all the discs are on black vinyl with plain labels stating side one and two.
5. The fifth and probably the final issue has an extra number handwritten on the insert: S-407, and the labels are the same as on the fourth issue Track list
