David Bowie: Images 1966-1967 Vintage LP 1973 Excellent LP, Cover, and Sleeve
This was an early compilation double-album, released in conjunction with the UK success of "Space Oddity."  It does not contain any songs from his glam-rock period.  In fact, most are vocals backed by orchestration, with recording studio sound effects.  During this time, Bowie was influenced by the London cabaret scene and singers like Anthony Newley.
Even though a blatant attempt by the record company to capitalize on Bowie's Ziggy Stardust success, no song was even similar to the Ziggy Stardust genre.  Nevertheless, Bowie's popularity at this time was such that a single from this collection actually reached #6 on the British charts in 1973 - "The Laughing Gnome."
The comic-style illustrations were done by the Neon Park, who also illustrated the cover for Frank Zappa's "Weasels Ripped My Flesh."

NOTE: David Bowie was/is Beezar Audio's favorite artist.  There are several other LPs of his listed on Ebay from Beezar Audio, including a few that are very rare.
