Description
Original, yellow label with black strobe-like lines around the edge of the label. Deep groove, mono. 3 tracks Leader, Dave Bailey, drums. The Dave Bailey Sextet includes Junior Cook, tenor sax; Clark Terry, trumpet; Curtis Fuller, trombone; Horace Parlan, piano; Peck Morrison, bass. Recorded in 1960. The recording took place before a "live" audience. The back of the jacket is stamped "Demonstration Not For Sale". A sticker on 1 label states "Demonstration". There are announcements before the tunes by Bailey.
Cover: VG+ 3/4" split on the spine at the bottom edge. Some moderate wear on the top edge. A small amount of corner wear. Light aging on the back cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. Played only a few times with care. No surface noise. The record plays like new. Fine quality in collectable condition.
