 Darkology's Altered Reflections was one of metal's best kept secrets for 2009-2010.
It has amassed, universally great reviews, (7/10 to 10/10) and was even hailed by some journalists as THE FUTURE OF METAL or BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR or even THE DECADE (!!!)
yet it hasn't quite launched the band into superstardom - just yet !

Featuring the talents of the brothers Harris, Michael (Arch Rival, Chastain, Solo, Thought Chamber, Leather, Vitalij Kuprij, Surgeon and more) and Brian (Firewind, My own enemy, Transfuzion, Solstice (US))
as well as bassist's Mike Neal (Salem's Lot, Black Widow) and vocal powerhouse Kelly Sundown Carpenter (Origins, Beyond Twilight (where he replaced Jorn Lande), Outworld - guest with Crimson Glory on their Progpower X show) "Altered reflections" is a true tour da force - riffy, muscular, complex, lyrical, brutal, melodic and above all else DARK.

An ominous brand of powerful yet also intelligent power metal, that really blows away all competition, fusing the best of bands like Rush and Dream Theater, in terms of being prong, the riffs and calculated ferocity of Megadeth with vocals that even the metal gods, would be envious of. Kelly Sundown, really shines here, as he really sings the hell out of the material he's given. One moment he sounds like Halford/Owens, the next like Oliva, the very next like Midnight and and so on and so forth ... this guy has both an amazing range and a spectacular, amazing ability to really get into "charachter" vocally, delivering performances that need to be heard to be believed !

The LP was produced in 500 copies (250 being transparent green and the rest splattered Black/Green)
