This appears to be a hybrid combination of a March,1973 vinyl 1st pressing / 1st run: 
                            Matrix: SHVL 804 A-2 GGG5 / SHVL 804 GGA 1 (Both Stamped)
Paired with an April, 1973 1st pressing / 2nd run jacket: these were released weeks apart with either a very dark blue or black GF, with some copies having a round purple title sticker on the front cover.  The right & left sides of the gatefold were either both unglued or one side was unglued.  In this case the jacket is black, with both sides unglued and includes the round purple front cover sticker.
Jacket:  Solid NM.  Pls refer to photos.
LP: In an abundance of caution I revised grading from 'NM' to "EX".  Under closer inspection, while there are zero scratches other than superficial spider lines only seen under intense light, there is scuffing along Side 1. I took the LP into sunlight to capture a clear photo of it for full disclosure.  The scuffing does NOT visually appear as pronounced as it is in the photo and is almost invisible from most angles under normal lighting situations. (Note that it cannot be seen in pic #7 of Side 1.)  In fact, I just happened to notice it... never realizing that it was even there.  Side 2 has a small single scuff at the end of 'Us And Them'.  In all scuffing has minimal affect on playback.
Playback:  
Side 1: Plays straight through with no skips or pops.  Sonics are top drawer.  There is brief crackle during the 'heartbeat' intro to 'Speak To Me' and near the end of 'The Great Gig In The Sky'.  This is primarily due to the scuffing outlined above, but fades quickly.  Any additional surface noise is incidental. Playback Grading: 8.5/10 but mostly 9/10  Excellent
Side 2: Plays straight through with no skips or 'pops' other than 1 single pop during intro to 'Eclipse'.  Once again sonics are top drawer.  Any surface noise is minimal and incidental. Playback Grading: 9/10  Excellent++
Extras:  Both posters are NM.  One of the 'FasPrint' stickers is a tad wrinkled but completely in tact.  The other is perfect.
