Pressing Details

• Etchings in deadwax: PL9-07-A and PL9-07-B, matching the first pressing from 1986.

• Label: Black labels with white text, consistent with the original 1986 pressing.

• Sleeve Type: Standard matte cardboard sleeve with printed inner sleeve and lyrics.

• Matrix/Runout (Side A): PL9-07-A

This appears to be an original first pressing, not a repress or bootleg. It’s not the 2000s reissue on E-Magine or the later Misfits Records versions, and it’s not the 2010s colored vinyl reissues.


Cover Condition: VG (Very Good)

• Front and back covers show light ring wear, edge wear, and minor corner bumps.

• There’s a notable crease on the spine area, and some visible surface wear, typical for vintage covers.

• The signature on the front is a bonus, though it covers part of the artwork.

• Inner lyric sleeve is present and intact.


Justification: Shows signs of handling and shelf wear but no major tears, splits, or stains.

• The signature appears clean and bold in black marker on the front.

• “November’s Fire” and “Mother of Mercy” are fan favorites and helped shape the emerging deathrock and gothic hardcore scenes.
