Condition is Mint/NM.
My regular cutomers know that I am very conservative when grading records. Usually I will only give a "Mint" grade if a record is still sealed, or if I opened it myself, or if I know for certain that it was never played. However, every once in a while, I will grade a record "Mint" even though I think it might have been played. Such a record must look absolutely New, with no spindle marks on the label, and the playing surface must be free from scuffs or marks of any kind, and with nothing to indicate that it was ever played, other than the fact that it is open. This is one of those records.
The jacket is NM. It has a little wear across the top edge and spine, and there is a small tear (a flap) on the spine, which probably came from someone trying to pull the record off a tightly packed shelf.
