Q. Do you offer discount on shipping for multiple purchases?

A. All gZoop products are packed and shipped individually from our warehouse and as such unfortunately we are unable to offer any postage discounts at this time.

Q. How long will my item take to be delivered?

A. Our products are normally despatched from the Channel Islands and therefore 1st class delivery to the UK will usually take 2-3 working days from the time of despatch. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Europe and the Rest Of The World.

** Please be aware, we rely on Royal Mail and Royal Airmail to deliver our products and therefore there may be delays during peak times of the year e.g. Christmas and Public Holidays. **

Q. How quickly will my item be despatched?

A. Please be assured all gZoop products are brand new, original and sourced from main suppliers. We do not sell copies of any kind. Most gZoop products, though not all, are sealed.

A. All our DVDs and Games are suitable for UK and European use.
