Description

An Extremely Rare original first pressing of the "DRACULA" 2 album gatefold set. Released by Stamford Records in 1966 as a promotional tie-in with Hammer films release of DRACULA PRINCE OF DARKNESS (1966). Lee recorded his vocals in London.

...Very Good Condition. LPs have some light marks. Cover has some wear around edges. Top front gatefold has a seam split.

...I've included a shot of the ad (not included) from a 1975 issue of the Horror film magazine "Castle Of Frankenstein" ...the album was distributed exclusively thru them. This ad must be for a later pressing as the cost is $7.95 and it originally sold (as stated on the actual cover) for $3.98. The cover also states: "Star of the motion picture Dracula Prince Of Darkness" which was released in 1966.
