2nd album by the great Irish Prog-Folk band Dr. Strangely Strange, which was originally released on the legendary Vertigo label. The band, similar to other bands active in UK at the time, like Fairport Convention and Incredible String Band, plays a mixture of Folk and Prog, which still retains the magic of the era after all these years. This has a young guitarist called Gary Moore debuting his skills on record!!

WITH THE ORIGINAL VERTIGO SWIRL INNER BAG IN SUPER CONDITION AND ... WITH THE RIGHT DATE STAMP (0470). YES THE ORIGINAL INNER THAT CAME WITH THE ALBUM, NOT REPLACED BY ANOTHER COPY OR RE-ISSUE

RARE ROGER DEAN DESIGN SLEEVE AND MOST ELABORATE OF ALL THE VERTIGO ARTWORK AND .... HARDEST TO FIND INTACT >>99% OF ALL COPIES HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM, LIKE SMALL TEARS < CREASES OR EVEN FLAPS MISSING IN ACTION AND OF COURSE IN ORDER TO KEEP THIS ALBUM WITH ALL ITS DIE CUTS AND EXTREMITIES IN PERFECT ORDER FOR NEARLY FIFTY YEARS , IT WOULD NEED TO BE CARED FOR PROPERLY , HOW MANY COPIES WOULD THERE REALISTICALLY BE LEFT LIKE THIS?? THIS COPY HAS NOT GOT ANY TEARS OR REPAIRS LIKE MOST OF THEM HAVE. NO WEAR ON THE HINGES AT ALL. DONT FORGET THIS IS A VERY VULNERABLE SLEEVE, POSSIBLY THE MOST VULNERABLE OF ALL WITH ITS FLAPS AND DIECUTS. MOST OFTEN FLAPS WOULD BE REPAIRED OR REINFORCED. DIECUTS WILL OFTEN HAVE TEARS ETC. I AM QUITE CONFIDENT THE NUMBER OF FULLY INTACT COPIES COULD BE COUNTED ON JUST ONE HAND- - ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING ON VERTIGO-LARGE SWIRL LABEL WITH THE VERY FIRST MOTHER STAMPERS.

HERE'S THE BEST PART! CONDITION IS AMAZING!- IT LOOKS PRISTINE!!! I CAN SEE EVIDENCE OF MAYBE A COUPLE OF PLAYS (A TINY SPINDLE TRACE ON THE LABEL- OTHER THAN THAT PERFECT!!TRULY IMPOSSIBLE EX++!!! THE AUDIO ON THIS JEWEL IS UNBELIEVABLE> SUPERB DEEP STEREO WITH FANTASTIC SEPARATION. THIS IS AN ARCHIVE QUALITY ALBUM!!!

THE 1ST PRESSING FOLDOUT SLEEVE IS  IN UNBELIEVABLE CONDITION- THE FOLDOUT FLAPS ARE NOT DAMAGED OR CREASED IN ANY WAY-.LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THE EDGES HAVE NO WEAR AT ALL AND ARE RAZOR SHARP AS IS THE OPENING< SUPER CRISP> I WOULD SAY THAT THIS MUST BE THE VERY BEST COPY OF THIS SMASHING PSYCH/FOLK CLASSIC OUT THERE. IT IS THE ULTIMATE UPGRADE AND AN OBJECT FOR PURE INVESTMENT THESE DAYS AND SURELY THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THIS HAS BEEN IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR 51 YEARS!!!.. TOTALLY UNTOUCHED..

SLEEVE.....GIMMIX and UN-LAMINATED. This sleeve is in WONDERFUL CONDITION it almost always turns up with excessive damage, it is extremely delicate due to it's intricate cut outs and folds This is an out-standing copy of this sleeve , it has that JUST OF THE PRESS look. It is very flat and square. The edges are N/MINT. The spine is never found still legible. but this one is!!. The front is fantastic with NO RUBBING TO THE SURFACE, NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER TEARS, NO STICKERS, NO STAINING, and NO CREASING AT ALL!! TRULY AMAZING FOR THIS SLEEVE it really is so delicate and fragile. The rear is also in wonderful condition.The opening edges have NO FEATHERING and are AS NEW. The spine is FULLY legible and in great condition, an absolutely one off super condition archive copy. Just a small name left top corner and that's it.
