DOUBLE DEE & STEINSKI
Lesson 2 / The Payoff Mix / Lesson 3
(Tommy Boy, Promo, 1985)
Extremely hard to find promo-only original.
This is still housed in the original company 12" sleeve and has the Herb Pump Powers "Herbie :)" etching in run-out groove and also "tb-867-a-(promo only)" etched in run-out groove.
Listen to a clip below - this is direct from the record w/ no filters. It actually tends to amplify background noise and small tics and pops - so most of the time the sound clips actually sound worse than the album - but it will give you a general idea of what to expect.
Condition: vinyl is Excellent (VG++), glossy vinyl has one light sleeve scuff and one tiny pressing defect bubble - both are on the clips and neither is audible. Company 12" Jacket is VG+ with minor ringwear and edge and corner wear.

A Note on Packing: We pack our records carefully in sturdy new boxes and we use cardboard inserts.
Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your item - let us know. This doesn't happen often, but when it does we take it seriously. You can return it for full credit within seven days of receiving the item.
RECORD GRADING
We grade conservatively, and aim to describe the records accurately. We grade visually according to Goldmine standards, with the addition of an Excellent (VG++ or E)grade for the hazy grey area between Near Mint and VG+. This grade applies to records with one minor flaw that makes it no longer Near Mint, but still above VG+.
