DOORS The Doors 1967 MONO 1st Press STUNNING CONDITION

	£		210
	$		278

On offer here is a very VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Doors called 'The Doors' and is a MONO ORIGINAL UK 1st pressing!!!! THIS IS A STUNNING CONDITIONED MONO 1ST PRESSING AND CLEARLY IT HAS BEEN BARELY PLAYED AT ALL!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is an ORIGINAL Elektra UK 1st pressing from 1967 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is EKL 4007 on the ORIGINAL 'textured' Elektra Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Doors at their best!!!! Any fan of The Doors, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY BEEN PLAYED 2 OR 3 TIMES AT THE MOST!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a couple of the lightest wispy scufflines only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO sticking, NO jumps, and most importantly NO crackle!!!! However there are a VERY few clicks/pops in a VERY few places - though I cannot see why? 99% of the record plays absolutely PERFECTLY - but there is a couple of places where there is a few brief clicks/pops. The vinyl clearly hasnt been played much AT ALL and there is NO crackle, and NO marks to indicate this.  So maybe these are caused by inground dirt in the grooves - or maybe a maybe some kind of pressing fault? Either way - this is still an INCREDIBLY lightly played and STUNNING MONO 1st pressing and VERY hard to find in this condition!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade visually Excellent+ if not better - with the playing grade obviously slightly less than this for the reason given above.  STILL AN INCREDIBLY MONO 1ST PRESSING!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press UK Mono Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear and NO writing!!!!  There is a VERY few barely noticeable edge creases, 2 'half moon' types, and one crease near the bottom right hand corner - though the cover still retains all of its original flatness!!!! There is also area of laminate lifting near the spinal edge (very thin area and barely noticeable).  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! The back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) - and is still 'fresh' looking and is much MUCH better than the usual 'tired' examples you so often see!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP!!!!
