Description
During the vinyl renaissance of the past decade and a half, a lot of amazing records have been re-released, remixed or remastered with new pressings. The vast majority of them are stunningly high quality. This is one of those. Donovan, Hurdy Gurdy Man in the original hard to find mono was pressed by, at least through my experience, the best record pressing plant in the country, Quality Records, on heavy green vinyl for Sundazed Records. It is like listening to the man himself whispering in our ears. I firmly believe you will not find a better sounding version of this record, including a pristine original from 1968, if you are lucky enough to find one. This will ship with a new high quality poly sleeve to help protect the package during shipping and on your record shelf. The original sticker from the removed shrink wrap is included (see pics).
