Description
An extremely rare example of The Don Rendell Jazz Six original UK album on Pye Nixa (NJL 7) from 1957.
Sleeve is in poor condition but this example is offered for a highly playable copy of the original vinyl.
As you can see from my photos the fully laminated double flipback sleeve would benefit from some repair work. There is a nasty tear at the centre of the front panel opening flap, a smaller tear at the centre of the spine and a chunk missing from the rear panel, top left; however, all the informative working text is present to facilitate your enjoyment of this wonderful LP.
There are various marks showing on both sides of the vinyl but these all appear to be superficial surface marks/scuffs and there are no nasty feelable scratches to concern the discerning listener. The vinyl plays amazingly, with great clarity and vibrancy, all the way through, both sides, with no skips or jumps.
Good luck if you are bidding. I carefully package all rare vinyl with the disc removed from the sleeve to eliminate 'knifing' during transit. Please check out my other high quality original vinyl items.
