This is a super rare 1st press Stereo copy of Don Rendell & Ian Carr - Live from the very collectable Columbia Lansdowne Series.
The record has been deep cleaned in our Degritter cleaner and has come up spotless with a very glossy sheen ( see photos). Almost no visible marks, a tiny, barely visible paper scuff, hardly worth mentioning. The labels and spindle holes are clean - graded EX
Playback reveals what a tour de force the recording is! The stereo separation, dynamics, imaging and low frequency are all first class. No issues whatsoever - the vinyl plays through beautifully.
The flipback laminate outer sleeve is smooth and shiny with no laminate lift, the merest hint of ringwear & a few tiny creases. The rear is clean & crisp with no writing or stains - light handling marks only ( see photos). Lovely readable spine.
We have decanted the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning.
A very rare opportunity to own a great example of the 1960s English Jazz scene.
The record will be sent separated out in an archival outer sleeve to prevent transit splits.
