DON DRUMMOND – Cleopatra/Scandal * Coxsone 45 (JAMAICA)

Here’s a rare 45. DD’s instrumental ‘Cleopatra’ is such a killer cut and Scandal ain’t too shoddy either.

Labels are fine. All print legible , light rubs, small pen marks.

Vinyl has been well played and loved! Many marks, scuffs, some abrasions mainly on the ‘Scandal’ side. Some dulling. Visual F (Fair) condition only.

Play is still good in spite of appearance! ‘Cleopatra’ plays very well. Some surface noise/crackle but UNDER the music (loud press!). B opens with hiss, surface noise more prominent, gets better as the side progresses. No sticks or jumps, no repetitive loud pops.

Not mint but decent play on ‘Cleopatra’.

These are just some of the ridiculous gradings I’ve encountered on eBay. I am very careful using the EX (Excellent) grade. Excellent, by dictionary definition means‘extremely good’ NOT ‘marked and slightly beat up with wear’!
