Complete with insert!

This is the double vynil LP album released by the three girl group DOLLY MIXTURE under there own lable in 1983 distributed by IDS, limited to 2000 copies worldwide released in a white numbered sleeve (a nod to the BEATLES White Album) HAND SIGNED and individually NUMBERED by the three band members in dark pink felt tip pen this copie is numbered 1281. All 2000 copies also had the bands address or more specifically there PO Box written in blue ball point pen by one of the band members on the back of the white sleeve along the bottom. Both discs sport plain white lables and are in white inner sleeves, all copies came with a pink A4 size cartoon like double sided insert designed by the band members which this copie has inside.

The track list was made up from hithertoe unreleased studio recordings hence the name Demonstration Tapes.

Please note this record will come with a free clear plastic protective wallet.

Condition

The discs are in all but mint unplayed condition the lables are excellent with only minute spindle marks. The sleeve is in good condition and the blue IDS (distributers) is still intact on the back unfortunately the sleeve has some creasing and marks, interestingly there is "writing" all over the sleeve as if some one has used it to rest on while writing on a sheet of paper (the band members perhaps?) there is also a little ring wear, the pink double sided cartoon like insert is mint.

I have tried to be as honest as possible in describing the condition, overal this double album is in very good condition for a very rare signed album.

I am an indipendant and qualified antique dealer based in Brightlingsea Colchester Essex, selling a wide range of antiques, collectables, memorabilia and other decorative and fashionable items, exclusively on eBay.

I have been involved in the antiques business for over 16 years, infact even as a child i was always interested in history, collecting and all things old. I was always collecting various items such as sharks teeth that i found on the beech, playing cards, stamps and anything else that caught my eye. I would often go to auctions and markets with my parents and add to my collections. In January 1993 at the age of 19 (just two months befor my 20th birthday) after qualifying and working in the City in a Re-insurance brokers for 3 an a half years (a job i found totally boring) i decided to start earning my living from my interest's by buying and selling antiques and collectables.

After several years of study and exhibiting at antique fairs and centres i became qualified to City & Guilds level. In 2004 i was fortunate enough to have the opertunaty to buy and succesfully run my own establishement, The Shipwreck, Brightlingsea's Antiques & Collectables Centre. Sadly this year February 2009 i had to embark on a new venture........................................
