Description
I collect 78s and listen to them. I know how to grade them and ship them. These are excellent records I'm culling from my shelfs, not junk. Expect sleeves in groups to be generic or mismatched. Yep, they're heavy and fragile and require special packing. I ship 78s in 12x12x6 boxes minimum, sandwiched between sheets of styrofoam and floated in packing peanuts, no flimsy mailers here. USPS Priority recommended for singles and doubles. Overseas shipping will be expensive as I will only ship 78s outside the US USPS International Priority so they can be tracked and spend as little time in transit as possible. Only had one 78 broken in over 500 shipped, but insurance is MANDATORY, so figure it into your bidding.
Nice Dixieland Jazz recording on plain jane white label. Had a few of these that came from a large jazz 78 rpm collection I bought a couple years ago that dated from the late 40s and early 50s, which contained a handful of discs from the Audiophile series produced by Ewing D. Nunn, Saukville, Wisconsin. Though it doesn't have the Audiophile label, it has all the other earmarks of a Nunn record. Nice quality recording. The New Orleans Bootblacks originally recorded this pair of songs on Columbia 14337 VG++.

E+ New Old Stock, as close to mint as 78s get
E Glossy, Excellent Condition
E- Glossy with a few Marks
VG++ A Few Marks, well cared for example
VG Better than Average 78, will have audible marks
V Average condition 78, may be grayed and fairly heavily marked, plays "ok"
V- or G Only desirable if the record is exceptionally rare. Heavily worn, background noise is as loud or louder than recording
