On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Dirty Blues Band called 'Stone Dirt' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Stateside label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE DIRTY BLUES BAND'S RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1968 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE MONO!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  BACK IN LATE 1968 WHEN THIS LP WAS RELEASED, VIRTUALLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN COMMON STEREO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE MONO AT ALL!!!!  MOST SHOPS HAD STOPPED STOCKING MONOs ALTOGETHER BY THIS POINT - AND THEY WERE ONLY AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY!!!!  AS A RESULT FINDING AN 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN MEGA RARE MONO IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE - AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL - AND ALTHOUGH THIS LP ISNT IN MINT CONDITION, IT IS STILL A VERY BRIGHT & SHINY EXAMPLE THAT PLAYS WELL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS STATESIDE LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1/1 MONO MATRIXES, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE MONO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Stateside UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SL 10268 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Stateside Label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, only VERY minor 'texturistation', NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall - and still VERY bright & shiny looking indeed!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks, only 1 VERY small scuff mark, only 1 lateral hairline type mark, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO skips, only a few light clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Good+ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Flipback Laminated MONO Cover is in GREAT condition overall - and is still VERY presentable indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (apart from a few small creases!), only slight corner wear, only a few VERY light creases elsewhere (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, only 1 TINY residue mark on the opening edge (this looks to be removeable!), NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with barely ANY grubbyness, only 1 small 'age spot', NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good+ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a VERY presentable cover indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE MONO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
