DIRK STEFFENS rare German Promo WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING LP from 1977 (UNGEPRUFTES MUSTER UNVERKAUFLICH NOVA 6.23088). Comes in a white gatefold sleeve with NOVA STICKER and photos attached on the inside of the gatefold. Test pressings are very rare and collectible. Only a few are made in the pressing plants and even fewer find their way to the collectors’ market. The record was pressed on TELDEC audiophile quality virgin vinyl and is Translucent when held against a light source (similar to QUIEX II and MFSL LPs). This was supposed to be his second solo album but never got released as such and later appeared under new band name TOLLHOUSE in 1978 as their only album and with different catalog number. More funky and dance oriented than his first album which was hard rock, but still with some amazing guitar playing. Sleeve is EX. Record is Near Mint.
