This one is the Ultra Rare Australia Only Record on the equally Rare Rex Label
Rare Record Collectors & Jazz Collectors please Note: This record is Insanely Rare!..Extremely unlikely to see this for sale again! In the 50 years I have been collecting 1000's of rare records- this is the only Aust. Rex Label record I have owned or have ever seen!
The record is in Superb Condition,retaining a Beautifull Bright new shine. There are no scratches on playing area & only a few nearly invisible faint scuff marks of no importance & not affecting audio.Plays LOUD & CLEAR on both sides! Close to NM- condition,and is rated EXC+.. Fabulous Condition for a 45 record nearly 60 years old!
From my research this obscure record label was named REX by LJ Hooker owner of Rex Enterprises & Rex Hotels in Australia.It had only a small number of record releases & an even smaller production numbers over it's short 5 year life in the late 1950's to the early 1960's.This one was released in 1960 & is the band(without the vocals) of Aussie Rocker Digby Richards.
