DIES IRAE, FIRST ORIG GER KRAUTROCK PILZ PROG PSYCH LP

Original German Pilz 20220114-7 from 1971.

Top Shelf Super Rare Progressive Krautrock LP.
Fantastic krautrock masterpiece with slight blues rock overtones and one track with psychedelic space music.  Killer swirling/searing echo overdubbed electric guitars, killer bass, powerful drums, and really cool vocals.  One of the best LPs on this label.

MN to EX / EX+ (Record / Cover).

The record plays with fantastic high definition sound quality with crystal clear dynamic sound.  

The disc is heavy and nice and flat.
The labels are clean with no spindle marks.

Side 1, tracks 1 and 2 play mint.  Track 3 (space track) has what I believe to be a factory sand squiggle mark (I have had 4 copies each with a similar mark) that sound for the 1st 3 minutes of this track and then fades when the guitars and vocals kick in and ends completely about ¾ the way through this track and the rest of the side plays near mint.  On side 2 track 1 plays mint except for a tiny amount of a tiny amount of surface noise below the music during the drum solo and following this short solo the record plays clean, tracks 3 and 4 play mint.  Overall except for the factory sand squiggle, the record is a M- visually and audibly.

Beautiful fully laminated gatefold cover is almost M-.  The only flaws include  a few partial, light edge creases here and there on the front face and very slight tiny corner wear.  The back face is really clean (M-) and the laminated inside is mint (as new).  The lamination luster is really nice (about 98%).  Most people would grade this cover M-. 

This LP is engineered by Conny Plank – of course.

Includes original poly lined inner sleeve.
